Tech Talk Square is a brand of Koushik Kumar Roy, an individual based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, who provides business and technology consulting and project services under this name. In these terms, "Tech Talk Square", "we", "us" and "our" mean Koushik Kumar Roy trading as Tech Talk Square.

Projects and Payments

This section applies when you engage Tech Talk Square for a project.

  • Quotes: every project starts with a quote based on the requirements we discuss with you. Work begins only after you accept the quote.
  • Advance and payments: an advance payment is required to start the project. The remaining amount is paid according to the payment terms agreed for that project.
  • Payment method: payments are made by bank transfer.
  • Cancellation and refunds: if a project is cancelled, any refund is decided by mutual discussion, taking into account the work already completed.
  • Deliverables: we deliver the complete project as per the agreed requirements.
  • Ownership: once all payments for the project are received in full, you own the work delivered to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any project is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request.
